Doug & Dixie Scott had a beautiful wedding Saturday at the Seibel's House in Columbia, SC.  What a beautiful day! It called for rain, everything was moved inside, but Doug really wanted to be married under the palm trees in the garden. So a last min decision was made to chance the weather and move the ceremony outside. It was perfect! Just as they finished the wedding ceremony and had their first married kiss, it started to rain!
